Shree Ravi Kamal Agency is a proprietorship-based wholesale trading and supply firm registered in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Our services are designed exclusively for:
- Retailers and shop owners
- Distributors and resellers
- Businesses requiring bulk procurement and supply
We operate as a B2B (business-to-business) trading entity. Minimum order quantities may apply to certain product categories.
Product Availability
All products and services offered by Shree Ravi Kamal Agency are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue product offerings at any time
- Limit quantities available for supply
- Decline orders that cannot be fulfilled due to stock constraints
Pricing & GST
⚠️ Prices may change without prior notice. Final pricing is confirmed only at the time of written order confirmation.
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Prices are subject to applicable GST as per Indian tax laws (GSTIN: 23HOZPS3848G1Z2)
- GST-compliant invoices are issued for all transactions
- Verbal or WhatsApp price quotes are indicative and valid for a limited period
Orders & Cancellations
Orders once confirmed in writing cannot be cancelled without mutual agreement from both parties.
- An order is considered confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation or advance payment
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before goods are dispatched
- Cancellations after dispatch may attract restocking or return logistics charges
- We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion
Payments
- Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation
- Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, and cash for local transactions
- All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Advance payment or deposit may be required for bulk or first-time orders
- Outstanding dues beyond the agreed credit period may result in suspension of supply
Delivery
- Delivery timelines depend on product availability, order size, and delivery location
- Estimated delivery dates are communicated at the time of order confirmation
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon dispatch of goods to the courier
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control
- Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated separately
Returns & Disputes
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items, reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving goods
- Goods must be in original, unused condition with original packaging
- Minor variations in product specifications or colour due to batch differences do not qualify as defects
- All disputes should first be raised with our team directly for amicable resolution
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Shree Ravi Kamal Agency shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our products or services
- Loss of business, profit, or goodwill
- Delays caused by third-party logistics or courier partners
- Any inaccuracies in product descriptions provided by manufacturers
Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of goods supplied in the relevant transaction.
Governing Law
All transactions and disputes are governed by the laws of India. Courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
